You are not broken. You're overwhelmed.
Gossi is the operating system for the overwhelmed woman - a tool that reads your capacity and helps you plan around it, instead of asking you to push through it.

The system wasn't built for you
The wellness industry has an answer for everything. The answer is always more. More habits. More routines. More optimisation. More discipline. But when your cognitive energy is at zero, even self-care feels like a performance you're failing at.
Gossi was built for the woman who already knows what she should do. She just doesn't have the capacity to do it right all at once.
Life doesn't shrink to match what you have to give, so Gossi reads your capacity daily, across Physical, Cognitive, and Emotional load, and helps you adapt your day to it, before it becomes a crisis.

01
Pulse
A two-minute check-in. How your body feels, how you're sleeping, what you're carrying. No pressure to be perfect.

02
Unload
Voice or text brain dump. Everything in your head, out. Gossi organises it so you don't have to.

03
Today's Capacity
Gossi compares what's on your plate to what you actually have today and tells you, honestly, before you find out the hard way.

04
I'm Drowning
When everything is too much, Gossi meets you there. No judgment. Just the next step.

Why Gossi.
Built by someone who lived it
I looked fine. For years, I looked completely fine. Still showing up. Still delivering. Still the person everyone relied on.
My body was communicating the entire time through the fog, the pain, the exhaustion that rest didn't fix. I just had no way to organise what it was saying. I didn't need optimisation. I needed my whole life and chaos organised so I could finally see what was actually happening. When you are overwhelmed and at capacity (whether you are aware or not), you can't make decisions, organise your thoughts or even keep track of the little things that might affect you.
That's why I built Gossi.

This is a closed beta. I'm looking for a small group of women to test something I've been building quietly. This is not a waitlist but an application.
